Relay Neurons → Inside CNS, Sensory Neurons → Motor Neurons
Motor Neuron - relay neuron in CNS → Effector
Axon - Long fiber [Less time wasted transferring impulse from cell to cell]
Nodes - Uninsulated sections → Electrical impulse jumps from node to node
Dendrites - Extensions → Allow connections to other neurons for impulse sending and receiving

Sensory - Long, Cell body branching off middle of axon
Relay - Short, small cell body at one end
