Impact On Temperature -

1. Starch solution is set at a certain temperature
2. Iodine is added to wells of a spotting tile
3. Amylase is added to solution
4. Every minute drops of solution → Added to wells
5. This continues till the wells no longer turn blue black [Starch is now present → Amylase isn't breaking it down anymore]

Eventually temperature gets so high the enzyme gets denatures → Shape of active site gets altered
