D - Pointers

1. Global/ Local/ National consequences

Two PEEL’s.

• Should not be generic or ambiguous
• Establish strong links between problem and consequence
• Strong reasoning/explanation
• Different points for local, global or national
• Can be environmental, economic, social, cultural, etc.
• Justify why the impact is local/ national/ global (should be specific- reflect the context)
• 3 underdeveloped but relevant points or 2 developed and complete PEEL’s.

2. Evidence- take evidence from the source, put in quotation marks.
3. Explanation- explain the point further, and how the evidence supports the point. Write about 2 lines.
